Three-Day Celebration of Global Cinema, Industry Insight, and Innovation — May 29–31, 2026

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Monmouth Film Festival, presented by Bell Works, returns May 29–31, 2026, transforming the iconic Bell Works campus into a vibrant hub for filmmakers, industry professionals, and film enthusiasts from around the world.

This year’s festival marks an exciting evolution for the event, bringing together international film premieres, industry-leading panel discussions, immersive experiences, and exclusive networking events—all under one roof.

At the heart of the festival is a dynamic lineup of global cinema, featuring films from emerging and breakthrough talent across the world. Audiences can expect a curated selection of award-winning and buzzworthy titles from the international festival circuit, many of which will screen in New Jersey for the very first time.

Beyond the screen, the Monmouth Film Festival delivers unparalleled access to the industry through a robust series of panel discussions and educational programming. Attendees will hear directly from acclaimed directors, producers, casting directors, and talent, offering real-world insight into their careers, creative processes, and practical tips for navigating today’s evolving film and television landscape.

A highlight of the weekend will be a Special Celebrity Guest Presentation (TBA)—an exclusive, ticketed main stage event featuring a prominent figure from the film and television industry. Guests will experience an intimate, on-stage conversation offering rare behind-the-scenes perspective and inspiration.

The festival kicks off Friday night, May 29, with an Industry Mixer, welcoming filmmakers, creatives, and professionals to connect in a relaxed, high-energy environment. This opening night gathering sets the tone for a weekend centered on collaboration, networking, and community.

In addition, attendees can explore the Reel Tech Digital Film Expo, showcasing cutting-edge filmmaking, broadcast, and production technology from leading brands—bridging the gap between creativity and innovation.

“Presenting this event at such an innovative venue truly makes the Monmouth Film Festival a cinematic experience,” said Nick Marchese of the Monmouth Film Institute. “We have so many incredible cinema-related events taking place all under one roof at Bell Works—from premium projection and AV in the 280-seat theater, to state-of-the-art conference center spaces for our panels and workshops, to the wonderful restaurants where guests can eat, drink, and connect. Bell Works is a two-million-square-foot playground for our festival to thrive and for attendees to network and engage like never before.”

With red carpet moments, global storytelling, and unmatched access to industry professionals, the Monmouth Film Festival continues to establish itself as one of the region’s most exciting cinematic events.
